Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Virtuosos Network (“we,” “us”) collects on virtuososnetwork.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- When you join the free Discord: your email address and the topics you’re interested in.
- When you fill out the Strategy Call or Sprint questionnaire: your name, email, phone number, social media platform and handle, and your answers (your stage, goals, challenges, how you found us, and for the Sprint, revenue range, available time and budget readiness). We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Automatically: the link you arrived from (for example, our TikTok bio link), your approximate country, and basic technical information needed to run the site and block spam bots, such as your IP address and browser details.
How we use it
- To send you the Discord invite, free resources and occasional updates.
- To prepare for your call, review your Sprint application and contact you about it.
- To text you about your call or application, only if you checked “OK to text me.” Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- To understand which content and platforms bring people to the site.
- To keep the site secure and stop fake or automated signups.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We use a few service providers to run the site, and they only get what they need:
- Cloudflare: hosting, the database that stores form submissions, and bot protection (Turnstile).
- Cal.com: scheduling your Strategy Call.
- PayPal: processing payments. We never see or store your card details.
- Discord: our free community, and private notifications to us when a form is submitted.
- Google Fonts: loading the fonts on this site.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while it’s useful for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it. Records of blocked spam signups are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email, or by emailing us.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing hello@virtuososnetwork.com. If you live in California or another state with privacy laws, you have these rights by law, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
Security
Your information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with Cloudflare. Access to submissions is password-protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
