Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use virtuososnetwork.com, join our free Discord community, or buy a Strategy Call or 30-Day Scale Sprint from Virtuosos Network (“we,” “us”). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

1. What we offer

• Free Discord community: free resources, tips and discussion. We can update or remove the community, or remove members who break its rules.
• Strategy Call ($200): one 90-minute 1-on-1 video call, a written action plan within 48 hours, the call recording, and one follow-up question within 7 days.
• 30-Day Scale Sprint ($1,500): 30 days of hands-on coaching as described on our website at the time you buy. The Sprint is by application, and we may decline any application.

2. Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Strategy Calls are paid in full when you book. Sprint payments are paid in full, or in 2 payments if we agree to that in writing. Payments are processed by PayPal. If you upgrade to the Sprint within 14 days of a Strategy Call, the $200 you paid is credited toward the Sprint.

3. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

• Strategy Call: cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, the call isn’t refundable, but you can reschedule once if you give at least 24 hours notice. If you miss your call without notice, it isn’t refunded.
• 30-Day Scale Sprint: full refund if you cancel before your kickoff call. Once the kickoff call has happened, payments are non-refundable, and any remaining payment on a 2-payment plan is still due.
• If we have to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.

4. No guaranteed results

We share strategies based on our own experience, including results such as views, sales and income from our own accounts and businesses. These are examples, not promises. Your results depend on your effort, content, niche, the platforms’ algorithms and many other things outside our control. Nothing we provide is a guarantee of followers, views, sales or income, and nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information on our forms.
• You’re responsible for your own accounts, content, products and business decisions, and for following each platform’s rules and the law.
• Be respectful in calls and in the community. We may end services without a refund for abusive behavior.

6. Our content

Plans, templates, recordings and other materials we give you are for your own personal or business use. Please don’t resell, republish or share them publicly without our permission.

7. Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
